Job Description:
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
  • Communicate solutions and information to merchants and consumers effectively
  • Route escalations to the appropriate channels
  • Engage in training and development initiatives to improve technical and soft skills
  • Ensure timely follow up and ensure exceptional service to meet the overall business goals
Requirements:
  • Will be required to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Good to have previous experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong background in logistics, both air and road transport is a plus
  • Experience in e-commerce and start-up environments will be highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in using various communication channels such as E-mail, Chat, and Social Media
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply
  • English proficiency is a MUST
