Construction Management Manager

• Act as the main point of contact with the project team for the construction site.
• Monitor work progress at the project site against the construction schedule and take necessary action to ensure that the schedule target will be met.
• Review and verify construction progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulations as pertaining to marine facility operations during construction including proper documentation of incidents.
• Develop work standards for construction teams and all offshore personnel.
• Coordinate contracts and contractor packages to minimize scheduling conflicts and negative impacts on the project timeline.
• Manage teams under his supervision for work alignment, prioritize work, advice for work details and other necessary actions.
• Ensure transparency and accuracy of cost claim from construction contractors and EPCm as authorized owner representative.
• Find out solutions for any project critical paths to achieve project schedule and commercial consideration to save project cost.
• Align with team for construction strategy.
• Make good justification for EPCm man power require and proper organization if required to enhance the project schedule.
• Ensure and support commissioning work to meet the schedule

• Minimum 10 years of relevant technical experience.
• Experience with good success of 1-2 large refinery construction project.
