Finance Manager (Rama 3)

• Managing day-to-day activities in treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the company.
• Monitoring and optimizing cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management of the company.
• Allocating cash balances, maintaining investment records, and preparing expenses and earnings forecasts.
• Negotiating credit limits, and trade facilities with banks and other financial institutions.
• Assisting and overseeing the accounts of all subsidiary companies with Asia Pacific companies to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting.
• Involving in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control.
• Preparing financial statements and external reporting of Asia-Pacific companies to local statutory requirements.
• Assisting in developing financial forecasts and budgets and highlighting key targets driving forecasts.
• Liaising with group auditors, tax consultants, and company secretaries on all accounting, tax, and secretarial matters.
• Sparring partner for regional headquarters' management and group controlling team on all financial matters.
• Continuous processing development and process optimization.

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 5 years of Finance/Accounting working experience.
• Experience in an MNC working environment.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written presentation, and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS.
• Fluent in both Thai and English.
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP, or Oracle is an advantage.
