- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CPD or a master's degree is a plus).
- Experience: At least 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, preferably within real estate, publicly listed companies, or joint venture environments.
- Specialized Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of TFRS, IFRS, and SEC compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with joint venture structures and consolidated financial reporting.
- Proven experience in preparing financial statements for Big 4 audits.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coach site supervisors and project managers.Essential Skills:
- Ability to design and manage accounting systems and internal controls.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration with auditors, legal advisors, and investors.
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
