- Define and implement maintenance “best practices” to improve overall mechanical equipment effectiveness.
- Establish maintenance standard work, WI, OPL procedure to teams.
- Maintain TS16949 system documents and annual audit.
- Improve machine performance to achieve maintenance KPI such as BREAKDOWN, MTTR and MTBF.
- Prepare PM plan for all machine, and cooperate with maintenance, production and planning team.
- Contact with OEM suppliers to perform repair, annual PM, and calibration.
- Participate and support cost reduction, Continuous improvement program, HSE, and Quality.
- Implement energy management with the energy policy. and represent for Person responsible for energy (PRE).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering major in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
- Experience in machine maintenance field 2-5 years.
- Age around 25-30 years old.
- Knowledge skills in PLC, HMI and Pneumatic.
- Strong team and Good English communication skills.
- High responsible person.
