Job responsibilities
- Check and correct architectural frame drawings, finish drawings, and interior drawings - Read and understand construction drawings and blueprints - Set Drawing Schedule to meet Master Schedule and site condition work - Coordinate Drawing with consultant, site staff, sub-condition work - Combine Drawing with structure, architect, and MEP system - Understand key points of Drawing detail - Visit construction sites to check construction status (before, during, and upon completion of construction, etc.) - Attend meeting with vendors, sub-construction companies - Other duties as assigned
ความรับผิดชอบในงาน
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขแบบกรอบสถาปัตยกรรม แบบร่าง และแบบภายใน - อ่านและทำความเข้าใจแบบก่อสร้างและพิมพ์เขียว - กำหนด Drawing Schedule ให้ตรงตาม Master Schedule และสภาพไซต์งาน - ประสานงานเขียนแบบกับที่ปรึกษา, เจ้าหน้าที่ไซต์, งานย่อย - รวมการเขียนแบบเข้ากับโครงสร้าง สถาปนิก และระบบ MEP - เข้าใจประเด็นสำคัญของรายละเอียดการวาด - เข้าพบสถานที่ก่อสร้างเพื่อตรวจสอบสถานะการก่อสร้าง (ก่อน ระหว่าง และเมื่อก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จ ฯลฯ) - เข้าร่วมการประชุมกับผู้ขาย, บริษัทรับเหมาก่อสร้าง - หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree with more than 5 years of working experience in draftsman or related position - Able to Read/understand the details of architectural frame drawings, finish drawings, blueprints and exterior drawings - Conversational middle level of English
Preferable Skills/Experience

- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย, หญิง อายุ 28 - 45 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรี มีประสบการณ์ทำงานเขียนแบบหรือตำแหน่งที่เกี่ยวข้องมากกว่า 5 ปี - สามารถอ่าน/เข้าใจรายละเอียดของแบบร่างกรอบสถาปัตยกรรม แบบร่างพิมพ์เขียว และแบบภายนอกได้ - ภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลาง
ทักษะ/ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทก่อสร้างของญี่ปุ่น - มีประสบการณ์โครงการก่อสร้างโรงแรม ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : การสนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: MRT สีลม เวลาทำการ: 8:00-17:30 น.(จันทร์ - ศุกร์ (วันเสาร์: ทุกวันเสาร์)) เกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์ 30,000-50,000บาท เกี่ยวกับบริษัท สินค้าและบริการ: โครงการก่อสร้างโรงงาน โรงแรม ฯลฯ ประเภทธุรกิจ: ก่อสร้าง / สร้างบ้าน;
