- Lead all purchasing and subcontracting processes from start to finish, ensuring effective supplier coordination and timely issue resolution.
- Oversee procurement of both direct and indirect materials to support production and daily operations.
- Drive strategic sourcing efforts, including evaluating, selecting, and developing suppliers.
- Manage supplier and inventory strategies such as JIT, blanket orders, consignment, and spot purchases.
- Enhance OTD, OTQ, and internal material flow by cutting transit times and implementing fast-track procedures.
- Collaborate closely with planning, warehouse, quality, engineering, and finance teams to meet business goals.
- Maintain compliance with aviation, quality, safety, and environmental requirements while tracking supplier performance.
- Develop and guide the buyer team while continuously improving procurement processes.
- Proven experience in procurement or procurement, supply chain management within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Good command in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Competitive salary range: THB 1,080,000 - THB 1,320,000 annually.
