It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionJob Summary: • Develops strong relationships by proactively seeking to understand customers’ needs through regular contact and site visits.
  • Builds trust and develops long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, accurate financial analysis, sound business advice and appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
  • Responsible for developing new business opportunities in assigned portfolio of accounts and ensuring retention of existing accounts.
  • Proactively seeks to understand customers’ needs and offers them appropriate banking solutions.
  • Ensures all products/services are cross-sold to customers where appropriate.
  • Maintains a high level of awareness on competitors’ activities and uses this knowledge to enhance the Bank's position in the market.
Responsibilities:
1. Develops and expands customer base by establishing and building relationships with potential and existing customers.
2. Analyses customers’ needs and provides timely and relevant information to customers regarding the Bank’s products and services.
3. Identifies customers’ requirements and develops tailored solutions to suit individual circumstances.
4. Ensures all products/services are cross-sold to customers where appropriate.
5. Maintains a high level of awareness on competitors’ activities and uses this knowledge to enhance the Bank's position in the market.
6. May provide input to improve sales tools and training materials as well as support product development initiatives.
7. Participates in negotiating agreements such as deposit accounts, loans, etc.
8. Makes presentations to prospective clients on behalf of the Bank.
9. Recommends changes in policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
10. May supervise staff involved in transaction processing or customer service.Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in commercial banking, preferably in relationship management.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas.
6. Experience in dealing with different types of customers, especially large corporate accounts.
7. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
8. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
9. Self-motivated, energetic and results oriented.
