- Provide technical guidance on pest control products including insecticides, rodenticides and integrated pest management (IPM) solution.
- Develop customized pest management solutions based on customer requirements and BASF products.
- Support product positioning with scientific and technical data.
- Partner with sales team to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Support customer meetings, product presentations and technical seminars.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, tenders and documentation.
- Identify new business opportunities through technical engagement.
- Conduct site inspections and pest assessments
- Providing on-site technical advice and troubleshooting both with PCOs and Livestock.
- Educate stakeholders on correct applications, methods, dosage and safety practices.
- Develop training materials and technical manuals.
- Conduct site inspection and pest assessment
- Provide on-site technical advice and troubleshooting to distributors, PCOs and Livestock.
- Support product trials, demonstrations and performance evaluations.
- Build strong relationship with key customers, applicators and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products and customer feedback.
- Provide insights to improve product positioning and strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Entomology, Pest Management, Biology, Environmental Science or Agricultural related field.
- 2-5 years' experience in pest control, agrochemicals, or public health. Fieldwork and customer-facing roles are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pest identification, pest control chemicals and application techniques. Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
- Demonstrated proficiency in both Thai and English communication.
- Ownership of a personal vehicle and a valid driving licence.
- Emporium Office, Bangkok
