- Build customer relationships through outbound calls and serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) updates after each interaction to support retention and business development.
- Conduct customer interviews using structured scripts to understand needs and capture detailed requirements.
- Deliver high-quality service to drive customer satisfaction and continued product/service usage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards; escalate exceptions for approval.
- Continuously develop skills through training, coaching, and staying updated on industry and regulatory changes.
- Provide advanced product/service information and address complex customer queries.
- Respond to basic issue, escalate promptly and appropriately; provide managerial approvals as required.
- Bachelor’s degree from university, preferably in Food Science, Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Regulatory Affair or Quality
- Proficiency in English and relevant local language(s) for effective communication across teams and clients.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is highly desirable.
