- Lead the Sales Operations efforts for our customer success team.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to develop/implement new strategies, training programs, and processes that ensure sales representatives have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Develop dashboards, tools, and reports to evaluate performance baselines and targets by focus area, teams, and roles.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (examples of analyses include sales performance, customer segmentation, sales participation, feature-specific analysis, etc.) to produce data-driven recommendations to enable leadership decisions.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and metrics to sales leadership to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk management plans, and project retrospectives, and continuously improve project management processes.
- Partner and influence numerous cross-functional stakeholders across the organization, including Product, Marketing, Support, Sales, etc., to ensure best-in-class collaboration across all projects.
- In partnership with other departments, evaluate and implement sales automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other relevant technologies to optimize sales processes.
- Ensure comprehensive planning for systems changes and associated readiness for the Customer Success department.
- Actively participate in business requirement review and refinement for all sales tools.
- Plan, lead, and execute sales initiatives such as campaigns, RPF/RPI, Tenders, Webinars, etc.
- Drive operational excellence and rigor of current processes through documentation, analysis, and identifying opportunities to create efficiency, remove obstacles, or improve processes.
- Work with management to ensure we have comprehensive process documentation for existing and new tools, processes, and policies.
- Design and lead the implementation and standardization of customer success processes and ensure their deliverables are completed on a regular basis.
- Other tasks assigned by CEO and Management.
- Minimum of 4 years related experience
- High proficiency in Hubspot is a must.
- Experience in process design, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience utilizing quantitative/business intelligence tools (i.e. Metabase, Retool, PowerBI Tableau) is required.
- Results-orientated with a proven track record of flawless execution, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency
- Strong project/program management experience to manage timelines and drive outcomes
- Proven stakeholder management experience including managing multiple partners simultaneously.
- Proven leadership skills in both independent and team environments
- Superb communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- High energy levels, a high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, confidence
- Demonstrated success in a B2B sales and support environment
- Experience with Atlassian, Notion, and Intercom is a plus.
