Oversee all technical aspects, including aircraft maintenance, planning, spare parts management, and inventory purchasing.
Lead a dynamic team to ensure the airworthiness and operational efficiency of the airline's fleet.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise technical operations and enhance overall performance.
Ensure strict compliance with aviation regulations in all technical services.
Proactively address and rectify any findings to maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience managing technical aspects of aviation operations for a low-cost airline.
Direct experience in overseeing aircraft maintenance, planning, spare parts management, inventory, and purchasing.
Success in team development and a strategic mindset.
In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and a track record of maintaining compliance.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address and rectify findings promptly.
