- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Plastics, Process, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in injection molding and assembly processes strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, troubleshooting, and structured problem-solving.
- Strong technical engineering background with proven supervisory experience.
- Experience with ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949, TPM systems, SAP, and MS Office tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and motivate employees.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain strong employee relations.
- High integrity, professionalism, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Able to work in rotating shifts according to production needs (e.g., morning / night shifts).
- Flexibility to support overtime or weekend work when required for production continuity.
- Solid engineering knowledge with hands-on experience in plastic injection molding operations.
- Proven leadership experience supervising operators, technicians, or production teams.
- Ability to train employees, evaluate performance, and handle disciplinary actions appropriately.
- Experience in production troubleshooting-including molds, machines, quality issues, and process deviations.
- A mindset for process improvement and efficiency (Lean, TPM, waste reduction, etc.).
- Strong coordination skills to work with planners, QA, toolroom, and engineering teams.
- Adaptability and readiness to work within a shift-rotation environment.
