- Installing and configuring computer systems.
- Diagnosing and solving software faults and coordinate with 3rd party to provide experrtise support.
- To support team for review and improve current business process by referennce to the Software business blueprint for the guidelide.
- Troubleshooting and analyzing problems and developing effective solutions.
- Performing various other IT related tasks as may be assigned.คุณสมบัติเพศ : ไม่ระบุอายุ(ปี) : 25 ปีขึ้นไประดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโทประสบการณ์(ปี) : 2 - 6อื่นๆ : ไม่ระบุคุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years experiences in Application Support
- Knowledge and skill of databases, SAP ERP functional support and Microsoft Power BI are preferred.
- Relevant working experience in managing & supporting business IT Application.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
- Ability to organize and prioritize work based on strategic direction.
- Service mind and customer centric mindset.
- Hard working, self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.สวัสดิการ
