Job Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice to the management and business operations - Drafting and reviewing contracts in support of various corporate and commercial transactions, both domestic and international - To oversee the process of reviewing contracts and other documents (Thai-English) related to business operations, oversee legal staff on reviewing and drafting contracts, supervise and control the contract management system, and plan and control contract audits. - Control the Contract Management System and support all users in the company group - Support and control all work in the team - To investigate and provide solutions when legal/compliance issues occur - Other work as assignedJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's or master's Degree in Law - At least 8 years as a Legal in a corporate company with 3 years of management level - Conversational high or business level (to communicate with overseas group company, review contract) - Holding a Lawyer License or Certificate of the Thai Bar

Preferable Skill / Experience
- Working experiences in the Manufacturing industry - TOEIC 750 up - Experience in fields such as Document Control, ISO Management System, etc
