Job DescriptionOur clients accept organizing events, event organizers, road shows, and organizing all types of events, fully integrated.Job OverviewAs a 3D Designer in the field of event organization, your role will be pivotal in creating immersive and visually appealing designs for various events, such as conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, and corporate functions. You will utilize your expertise in 3D design software, creativity, and technical skills to bring event concepts to life by producing high-quality 3D renderings, visualizations, and technical drawings.Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and Design: Collaborating with event planners, clients, and the creative team to understand event requirements and goals. Translating the vision and ideas into innovative 3D designs and layouts that meet both aesthetic principles and technical specifications.
3D Modeling and Rendering: Utilizing 3D modelling software, such as Autodesk 3ds Max and V-ray, to create three-dimensional representations of event spaces, stage setups, exhibition booths, signage, props, and other event-related elements. Producing realistic renderings to showcase the final design concept to clients and stakeholders.
Technical Drawings: Developing detailed technical drawings and plans that outline event layouts, specifications, measurements, and materials to guide the fabrication, construction, and installation teams. Collaborating with engineers and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Software related such as AI and Photoshop.
Design Modifications and Enhancements: Incorporating feedback and revisions from clients and stakeholders into the designs. Ensuring that modifications align with the event objectives, budget, and timelines while maintaining design integrity.
Research and Innovation: Staying updated with the latest trends, technology advancements, and best practices in the field of 3D design for events. Implementing innovative techniques, materials, and approaches to deliver unique and cutting-edge event experiences.
Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with the event planning team, project managers, graphic designers, production crew, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and alignment between the design, production, and execution phases of the events.
Quality Control: Conducting comprehensive reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards throughout the event setup process. Addressing any design-related issues promptly and proposing effective solutions.

Qualifications

Open to all genders.
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
3-5 years up in 3D Design Event and Exhibition role.
Has skill in 3D Maxs (is a MUST).
Have experience in Pitching projects.
