- Opportunity to lead and develop the HR team
- Full ownership of HR strategy and transformation initiatives
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth and organizational change.
- Build and implement career paths, competency frameworks, and people development programs.
- Strengthen company culture and lead initiatives to improve employee engagement.
- Drive change management efforts as the company implements new systems (SAP B1) and new SOPs.
- Lead and coach two HR Officers responsible for:
- Payroll & HR Operations
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Provide guidance, support, and ongoing coaching to elevate HR capability.
- Ensure effective HR service delivery and continuous process improvement.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and drive proactive hiring strategies.
- Enhance employer branding and talent retention programs.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
- Oversee payroll (Humansoft), HR administration, employee relations, compliance, and facilities management.
- Review and improve HR policies, SOPs, and workflows to align with a more modern and structured organization.
- Support both office and warehouse teams with HR advisory and day-to-day operations.
- Minimum 5 years of broad HR experience covering both strategy and operations.
- Proven experience supervising or coaching HR team members.
- Strong background in organization development, culture building, and employee engagement.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Ability to excel in a fast-moving, creative, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience supporting mixed workforce groups (office + warehouse staff) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Humansoft, SAP, or similar HR systems is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership presence, and problem-solving skills.
