Shift Supervisor

• Night Shift Allowance: THB 100/day
• Night Meal Allowance: THB 40/day
• Diligence Bonus: THB 400 → 500 → 700 (step-based)

• Ensure smooth production execution in line with quantity, quality, and time targets
• Support production reporting and monitor performance indicators
• Identify and report process deviations, proposing corrective actions
• Manage shift resources to meet production goals while maintaining safety and environmental compliance
• Monitor machine efficiency and coordinate with maintenance for timely resolutions
• Act as Head of Department in their absence
• Support safety and environmental risk monitoring and compliance
• Lead quality checks to ensure defect-free and aesthetically acceptable parts
• Ensure assembly process alignment with BOM and maintain fixtures to reduce setup losses

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3-10 years' experience in assembly or manufacturing supervision
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes and part identification per BOM
• Able to work night shifts
• Proficient in spoken and written English
