NPI Engineer (Electronic Manufacturing)

• Lead the transfer and integration of assigned projects into the Prachinburi facility.
• Coordinate engineering improvement activities across teams located at Prachinburi and other supporting sites.
• Perform compliance testing and participate in agency and regulatory audits to ensure ongoing certification readiness.
• Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturing, servicing, and installation by gathering cross-functional feedback and personally validating product suitability.
• Create concept sketches, detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical specification documents to support product development.
• Collaborate closely with quality, service, and production teams to drive smooth execution across all project phases.
• Prepare root cause analyses, test reports, schedules, and cost assessments, while supporting prototype assembly and planning service parts, kits, and accessories for product launch.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, with the ability to interpret and create engineering documentation.
• Early-career experience in product design and basic knowledge of manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and prototyping practices.
• Competence in 3D CAD tools-such as SolidWorks-and strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills, along with good organizational and time-management abilities suited to dynamic work environments.
• Familiarity with business or product lifecycle systems (e.g., ERP/PLM) considered an advantage.
