• Supervise a team of business analysts, offering guidance and overseeing daily operations to enhance team efficiency.
• Aid in the development of team members' skills and establish best practices for increased productivity.
• Lead the process of gathering business requirements, suggesting solutions, and ensuring they meet client needs.
• Engage in business conceptualization and rationalization, including feasibility assessments and cost/benefit analyses.
• Design and validate functional specifications, encompassing application flow, business logic, interface design, reports, and data structures.
• Develop strategies and methodologies for requirement analysis and design phases.
• Thoroughly comprehend, prioritize, and validate end-to-end business requirements and processes.
• Identify, organize, and clarify business needs, and produce specifications for necessary changes.
• Present various options and recommend comprehensive business solutions or temporary fixes as needed.
• Facilitate workshops to identify client requirements and collaborate with teams to devise solutions.
• Conduct impact analyses and coordinate implementation efforts, synthesizing input from different stakeholders such as development, testing, and infrastructure teams.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in lending, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and lending principles.
• Analytical skills to assess credit risk and financial viability of loan applicants.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately review loan documentation.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the lending industry.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in lending operations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
