Additionally, utilize network information to improve network quality and enhance customer experiences. Develop models and workflows to enhance automation capabilities.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesPerforming data analysis using Service Operation Center (SOC) data, which includes customers' network activities and related customer data from other sources.Providing data analysis reports to the Engineering team, aiming to help generate or improve revenue and service quality.Reviewing and monitoring data quality to ensure the precision of analysis reports.Supporting and monitoring network event triggering jobs to ensure that campaigns and communications are triggered accurately on the right target and at the correct time.Qualifications:Bachelor's or higher degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or any related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Network and Telecommunication fields.3-5 years of experience using analytic tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.Proficiency in SQL command, Python, Visual C+, and programming techniques.Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
