QMR Officer

Responsibilities of a QMR:

System Management: Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with standards like ISO 9001.
Audit & Compliance: Plan and conduct internal audits, and coordinate with external bodies for certification audits.
Performance Reporting: Report to top management on QMS performance, efficiency, and areas for improvement.
Document Control: Supervise the control and approval of quality documents and records.
Corrective Actions: Manage and follow up on CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to resolve non-conformances.
Training: Promote quality awareness and provide training to staff regarding quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Typically Bachelors degree or higher.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards, internal auditing techniques, and risk management.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and coordination skills.
