Sales and Marketing Executive

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels; use online social media fluently.
• Participate in planning marketing strategies to promote and expand sales channels to achieve set goals.
• Collect and analyze data to create marketing plans; coordinate with and support the operations team to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong coordination and communication skills in both English and Thai.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate and communicate with our principal in Indonesia.
• Solicit and negotiate with dealers.
• Manage content creation for social media, email newsletters, websites, brochures, and advertisements.
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, and external agencies to develop campaign materials.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare regular performance reports.
• Support event planning, trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Maintain and update marketing databases and website content.
• Assist with branding, positioning, and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in the PA sound industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Email Marketing).
• Knowledge of sound systems is highly desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Photoshop.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
