• " Corporate Financial Controller " Main Responsibilities - Prepare and control the recording and accounting of income-expenses, including monthly property records of the hotel and affiliated businesses. - P&L analysis and providing useful financial insights to the operations. - Reviewing withholding tax, VAT, and local tax submission. - Manage defined stakeholders, like bank, authorities, auditors, local tax and key customers. - Manage the finance and accounting under internal control system - Supervise general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting are met with deadlines. - Provide financial analysis and advice to the management of the company at any time it is involved in business transactions, investment or acquisitions. - Review internal processes and procedures and provide recommendations to management to build on finance efficiencies - Assist in developing and implementing new procedures to increase workflow of work - Audit and review account reconciliations. - Control of fixed assets. - Supervise the operations of the department in accordance with accounting procedures. - Able to work well under pressure and have leadership qualities. - Perform related duties as assigned/ required

• Qualification - Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting / Finance field - At least 7 years of experience in Accounting - Strong financial, accounting and managerial skills - Positive thinking and strong leadership skills - Strategic thinking mindset and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage the accounting function independently and professionally - Background in Audit and experience in retail business is big plus - Experience in hotel industires or service apartment is a plus - English communication skills, written and verbal
