- Demonstrated ability to provide effective coaching, counseling, and mentoring to line managers and supervisors.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to show a high level of initiative and effectively manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
- Ability to deliver excellent internal customer service to employees and management.
- Solid HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Good knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
- Strong personal drive with the ability to work independently and manage HR and training initiatives through to completion.
- Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources or Training, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
