- Set up and structure Digital Marketing Team, create lean and efficient workflows for B2B trading business with high involvement products and features .
- Strategic planning, design and execution of all digital marketing aspects including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Selecting and implementing proper MarTech tools suitable for our business within the scope and budget provided.
- Plan, design, build, manage and maintain our social media platforms. Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts/ agencies to drive brand development and brand building activities.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize budget and performance based on the insights.
- Prepare accurate reports of all digital marketing campaign's overall performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Conduct data analysis to identify the opportunity for sales volume growth and define customer engagement activities working with online channels.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing/brand management/ digital marketing or advertising experience with a good track record of digital marketing management with B2B trading business.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and experience in deployment of MarTech tools
- Experience in overseeing e-commerce website with more than 100,000 sku is highly preferable
- Have background studying chemical subjects at least during high school as you will market highly technical products for scientists.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Result-driven and excellent performance of change management, including the ability to influence and work with all levels of employees and to establish collaborative, innovative and goal-oriented work environment
- Outstanding communication, brand storytelling, interpersonal skills and being able to work under pressure.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English is highly essential.
- Able to work hard in flexible hours.
