- Thai nationality
- 8–10 years in sales or business development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets in hospitality, golf, leisure, or premium services.
- Strong experience in corporate sales, group business, and travel trade or MICE channels.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior corporate clients.
- Experience leading and developing a sales team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Thai language is an advantage.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
