- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facility to ensure it meets high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Liaise with internal departments, housekeepers, building management, and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Conduct routine inspections and follow up on office repair and maintenance requests
- Monitor the stock office supplies, mobile phone, office equipment and other services.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed."
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
- Good knowledge skill for Excel/Powerpoints
- Fresh Graduate is welcome with internship in Receptionist or Admins field.
- Intermediate level in English.
