- New Business Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively identify and acquire new corporate clients (New Logos). Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with key customers, suppliers, partners, and sub-contractors.
- Commercial Strategy & Market Analysis: Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, market competition, and supply & demand dynamics to ensure a competitive edge.
- Technical Sales & Bidding: Prepare professional Bidding Proposals, estimate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and create/deliver high-impact presentations of IT services and products to C-level executives.
- Project & Commercial Support: Solve and support project-related commercial issues, including the management of Purchase Orders (PO), Variation Orders (VO), and Invoicing to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Solution Expert: Develop a deep understanding of Telecom Business & Engineering (e.g., Underground Optical Fiber, Infra Sharing, Lease Line) and Digital Products (Network, Data Center, Security, Cloud, and Digital Solutions).
- Continuous Learning: Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and staying updated on industry trends.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales function (Direct experience in IT, Telecom, or Digital Solution sales is a significant advantage).
- Proven Hunter Track Record: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, IT Solutions, or Cloud Services with a strong focus on New Business Acquisition.
- Cloud & IT Savvy: Solid understanding of Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Local Cloud) and Managed Network Services (SD-WAN, MPLS, Dedicated Internet).
- Strategic Prospecting: Ability to identify, approach, and close deals with new corporate and enterprise clients independently.
- Solution Selling Expertise: Not just a "seller" but a "consultant" who can analyze customer pain points and propose the best-fit IT/Cloud solutions.Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically under pressure.
- Excellent Presentation Skills: Professional English & Thai communication skills with the ability to deliver high-impact sales pitches to C-Level executives and IT Managers.
- Target-Driven & Resilient: Highly motivated by sales targets with a "never give up" attitude and strong negotiation skills.
- Mobile & Ready to Hit the Road: Must have a personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel extensively to meet new clients and conduct site visits
