Track and determine Manufacturing Variance by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts. The sum of all variances represents the overall over- or under-performance for a particular reporting period. Determine trends for each individual cost element.
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly various reports and flux analysis
Responsible for Quarterly Standard Cost set up and New items
Compile and analyze data in connection with the quarterly standard cost updates
Responsible for Monthly/quarterly financial close activities
Maintain and review the general ledger and reconcile balance sheet accounts
Daily/weekly/quarterly cost accounting related activities:
Analyze quarterly standard costs revaluations
Ensure compliance with corporate SOX and key controls, adherence to US GAAP (Generally accepted accounting principles) and other statutory requirements and support for audit requirements
Supporting special projects, ad-hoc analysis, and any other tasks assigned by Manager
QualificationsREQUIRED:
Bachelor/Master degree majored in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3 years working experience as cost accountant in multinational company
PREFERRED:
Experience working in a manufacturing company
SKILLS:
Good command of English both in writing and speaking
Able to handle multiple tasks, strong interpersonal skills and good teamwork
Efficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Experience in Oracle Cloud is a plus
Able to work under pressure and meet the requirement of deadline
