- Handle outbound customer calls related to post-sale inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and product/service concerns effectively.
- Provide detailed information on product/service usage, troubleshooting steps, and warranty policies.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products/services and company policies to provide accurate information and support.
- Stay updated on new product features, changes, and promotions.
- Shift start times are scheduled hourly between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
- The work schedule consists of 5 days a week, with 2 days off.
- Availability for weekend and public holiday work, as assigned per the roster.

- Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
- Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
- Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
- Bachelor degree above
- Fluency in both Thai and English (B1 level) is required, including reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Residence must be in Bangkok or the Metropolitan area.
- A personal LAN or router for internet connectivity is required.
- A private workspace is necessary, with no see-through windows permitted

Has program required basic skill set to perform routine tasks within simple processes but lacking program/product specific knowledge. Works with close supervision and clearly defined procedures.
