Job responsibilities
- Controls and monitors operation of the wave solder machine to solder electronic components to printed circuit board (PCB). - Reads production schedules and operations manuals. - Moves Controls to activate machines or systems modules. - Adjusts machine Controls to regulate operating speeds. - Adds supplies to reservoirs of machines, such as flux and solder - Adjusts dimensional and structural characteristics or conveyor pallets
ความรับผิดชอบในงาน
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการทำงานของเครื่องบัดกรีแบบคลื่นเพื่อบัดกรีชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เข้ากับแผงวงจรพิมพ์ (PCB) - อ่านตารางการผลิตและคู่มือการใช้งาน - ย้ายการควบคุมเพื่อเปิดใช้งานเครื่องจักรหรือโมดูลระบบ - ปรับการควบคุมเครื่องจักรเพื่อควบคุมความเร็วการทำงาน - เพิ่มการจ่ายให้กับอ่างเก็บน้ำของเครื่องจักร เช่น ฟลักซ์และบัดกรี - ปรับลักษณะมิติและโครงสร้างหรือพาเลทสายพานลำเลียงJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Thai nationality , Male , age 27 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronic. - Experience in Maintenance field of related machines (soldering, brazing, welding, and Others) - Experience with controlling and monitoring operation of the wave solder machine to solder electronic components to printed circuit board.
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Experience with PCB washing operation.
