Oversee allergen lists, coordinate raw material testing, and implement SAP protocols. Ensure rigorous regulatory compliance, conduct food fraud analysis, and provide crucial support for customer complaint investigations. Key requirements include a minimum of 2 years' experience, proficiency in SAP, and the ability to work independently during night shifts. This role is a 6 month contract role based out of our Plant in Bangpoo.As a Senior QA Officer you are responsible to drive the quality management processes. This role is a 6 month contract role based out of our Plant in Bangpoo.Key responsibilities
- Maintain and up to date the Allergen RM master list and distribution.
- The yearly RM testing follow up with supplier including internal monitoring control program meet the timeline.
- New RM/PM/trading _Quality management is to be setting in SAP.
- Input quality internal tests / result from supplier COA into the SAP system as part of positive release / transfer stock or monitoring program of RM/PM and trading product.
- Calibration lab equipment to coordinate with vender to perform calibration as per timeline.
- NC coordinator Issue NC report and follow up with supplier meet per timeline
- Regulation control program per customer requirement such ETO control program
- Review incoming plan for RM concern ETO receiving
- Submit sample process to external lab and follow up result / update to concerned people.
- Quality control program
- Conduct Food fraud conduct analysis.
- Conduct Raw material risk assessment.
- Valid -IT submits.
- Support with the Raw materials / Packaging material part for customer complaint investigation / traceability / mock recall.
- Support Internal /External quality system audit.
- Support as assignment from Quality Manager / Assistance QA manager.
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science or relevant laboratory and/or Industry experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in food manufacturing environment
- Appropriate experience in food testing in food laboratories.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous ERP experience, preferably in SAP
- Able to work independently and proactively, and make appropriate decision with limited resources during night shift
- Organized and pay strong attention to details
- Ability to meet deadlines, self-managed and ability to handle multiple tasks with speed and high accuracy
