Processing orders and ensuring prompt shipments to customers.
Liaising with supply chain on day to day orders.
Preparing packing list for warehouse to pack.
Create delivery orders and invoices for delivery to customers.
Update customers on pending delivery dates.
Processing for billing invoices and filing.
Warehouse (Pick-Pack)
Perform daily operation based on company policies, safety, security and hygiene standards
Keep warehouse in good condition; temperature / humidity / hygiene / etc.
Receive / Put parts away / Pick-Pack / Prepare deliveries / Load trucks / Quality Control inspections / WIP's/ Kits / Cycle counts/ Organize warehouse / Occasionally deliver & fill VMI's
