Our goal is to build a more diverse, inclusive, and accessible global company that better comprehends and represents our team and the clients.Your daily operationsSupporting the day–to–day operations of Cesna Group across the United States and executing expansion recruitment. As a member of the multinational teams of executives and recruitment consultants, recruitment consultants are to provide services recognized for impressive in-house research competence, the speed, and the flexibility of our response, as well as high success rates in digging qualified talents to serve large-scale international enterprises.
  • 360-degree recruitment consulting role dealing with the full cycle of the recruitment
  • A professional role model to Junior Recruitment consultants, support, and mentor when required
  • Candidate sourcing (headhunting, online advertising, social networking, database searches)
  • Interviewing (Screen, Phone, On-site)
  • Introducing the candidate to the client
  • Managing the interview process
  • Offering the candidate the position & Closing the sales
  • Identifying clients through business development (client/candidate calling, meetings, etc.)
  • Winning new business
  • Promoting the Cesna Group’s services to your clients
  • Negotiating business terms
What will support you to become a successful recruiter at Cesna Group?
  • 3-5 years of Commercial Sales (Business to Business) experience or related industry.
  • Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high-quality work against tight deadlines.
  • Competitive history (sports background, proven top salesperson track record, reward-driven)
  • Evidence of having worked towards targets (preferably within a business environment)
  • Evidence of having been the best
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English Must and Korean, Chinese Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish bilingual plus
