- Ensuring, on a quarterly basis, that both Direct and Indirect channels in their designated territory handle accounts effectively, with tailored action plans based on the type of customer.
- Recognizing and addressing client complaints and issues as needed.
- Being able to proactively develop and adjust plans and tactics in response to having a thorough understanding of rivals, market and industry trends, and leading customer strategies.
- Creating a strategic framework for customer relationships.
- Developing and putting into practice efficient operational plans and direct and indirect sales tactics, as well as leading the sales team in achieving the organization's larger sales goals.
- Overseeing the business planning process, which includes budgetary control and sales management.
- Demonstrating leadership by actively mentoring and developing others, effectively communicating the vision, comparing sales outcomes to targets, and correcting course as necessary.
- Ensuring customer and territorial base management.
- Finding gaps in distribution coverage and establishing suitable distribution routes.
- Building strong bonds and working together with other departments (Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) to handle important company problems and opportunities.
- Ensuring efficient recruitment, onboarding, training, growth, and retention of sales personnel.
- Building the skills and procedures needed to establish a productive and successful sales organization.
- Preserving a high degree of in-depth familiarity with the larger business and industry.
- Creating a range of status reports that cover activity, closures, follow-up, and target adherence.
- Promoting the application of analytics to improve the capacity for strategy creation and sales forecasting.
- Offering assistance to quality management systems and audit procedures as needed.
- Keeping the HD center well-maintained while growing and making a profit.
- A business bachelor's degree or a closely related degree.
- A minimum of five years' experience in the sales of medical devices, including at least three years in management.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Demonstrated success in sales as a sales manager and sales representative.
- Has a great deal of expertise creating and carrying out tactical sales plans, which include account goals and quotas.
- Strong analytical abilities along with excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
- Superior negotiating and presenting abilities. keeping a professional demeanor and giving the public a favorable impression of the company.
- Planning and forecasting for product launches and area sales are necessary.
- Prior budget management experience desired. the capacity to comprehend and evaluate financial data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with outstanding persuading and negotiating skills.
