-Oversee daily operations of the bakery section under the guidance of the Pastry Chef.
-Prepare a wide variety of bakery items including breads, rolls, viennoiserie, and other baked goods.
-Ensure consistency in quality, portion control, and presentation.
-Assist in training and supervising junior staff within the bakery section.
-Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene standards (HACCP).
-Support the development of new recipes and seasonal items.Requirements:
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen in a hotel or high-end bakery.
-Strong knowledge of dough handling, proofing, baking techniques, and bakery equipment.
-Passionate, detail-oriented, and organized.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
