Senior Strategic Initiatives (Instant & Same-Day Growth)

• Own the Speed Vision: Define the long-term roadmap for Instant and Same-Day services. You will be the primary advocate for how delivery speed serves as a competitive moat, crafting the vision statement that aligns commercial, logistics, and marketing teams.
• Drive Growth via Value Proposition: Propose and launch initiatives that leverage "Speed" to acquire new users and increase purchase frequency. You will identify how instant delivery can penetrate new categories (e.g., FMCG, Electronics) to drive platform traffic.
• Scale the Ecosystem: Move the service from a pilot phase to a platform-wide standard. You will design the scalable frameworks required to expand geographic coverage and seller participation without compromising operational integrity.
• Strategic Business Modeling: Analyze the unit economics of speed. You will critically evaluate shipping subsidies, service fees, and conversion uplifts to ensure our speed offerings are both a user favorite and a sustainable business model.
• Stakeholder Influence & Orchestration: Act as the "General Manager" of this vertical, coordinating between BD, Operations, and Marketing. You will translate complex logistics performance data into strategic narratives for executive leadership to unlock resources and investment.

• Professional Pedigree: 3-5 years of experience in high-growth environments (e.g., Strategy Consulting, On-demand Delivery, E-commerce Logistics, or Tech Startups).
• Strategic Mindset: You don't just see a "delivery time"; you see a conversion lever. You have a proven ability to turn operational capabilities into marketing advantages.
• Analytical Prowess: Masterful at using data (Excel/SQL) to prove a hypothesis. You should be able to quantify exactly how a 2-hour delivery window impacts User Life Time Value (LTV).
• Entrepreneurial Grit: You are a "business owner" at heart. You are comfortable with ambiguity and are willing to take calculated risks to scale a service from 1 to 100.
