• Manage IT operation in SAP B1 and Web application
• Monitor vendor to handle maintenance issues in SAP
• Provide 1st tier support & arrange user sessions

• Manage IT operation in SAP B1 and Web application in parts of production, purchasing, accounting and finance.​

• Manage and monitor vendor to handle maintenance issues in SAP B1 and HR systems.​

• Give advice, 1st tier support and arrange IT development sessions for users.​

• Summarize business requirements from users, verify solutions from vendors, and UAT with the users.​

• Manage IT budget from enhancement SAP B1 and HR System.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.​

• Achieve minimum GPA of 2.50​

• TOEIC at least 550/IELTS at least 4.0/TOEFL at least 31.​

• Experience in SAP for 1-3 years.​

• Experience in web application and database.
