Job SummaryThis position is responsible to manage waste management, coordinate with concern both internal and external organization for comply with all waste management regulation and manage annual yearly scrap bidding with working teams announcement.Job Description- Apply all concerned laws and regulations to total waste management & discharge wastewater from septic tank and oil grease trap of canteen of MMTh and MEC total 9 licenses and 2 warehouse (non-factory license).- Hire and build team members who has license, knowledge, skill and experience of total waste management.- Provide knowledge and experience to all working parties both Manufacturing and non-manufacturing area.- Do risk assessment to total waste management in order to prevent incident, accident or environment impact in the company.- Follow up requirement of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 completely.- To be a lead of Green Industry Level 4 -5 in order to maintain certification and improve it continuously.- Manage and control requirement and registration of waste controller license and permanent waste operator license.- Coordinate with external in order to update new law or regulation including build up network.- Coordinate with internal in order to provide knowledge and obtain collaboration form other departments.- Manage and control annual waste generation plan, moving waste out permit, actual quantity report, monthly report and annual report (including FORM8 and FORM 9)Job Specification- 10 years of working experience in industrial waste management. - 3 years and up of working experience in management level. Be able to coach and delegate task for team members (5 persons).- Bachelor's degree in Environment.- Have an industrial waste management license issued by DIW.- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.- Computer literacy especially in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook.- Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration- Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills.- Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
