- Provide accurate and professional Chinese-English-Thai translation in various business situations
- Act as the main point of contact for all Chinese-speaking customers
- Support internal teams by advising on appropriate communication approaches and managing cultural differences
- Facilitate smooth coordination between Chinese stakeholders and local teams to ensure effective collaboration
- Assist management in policy deployment and cross-functional coordination to support the achievement of business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, International Business, Chinese Studies, or related fields is preferred
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good negotiation and communication abilities
- Positive interpersonal skills and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Chinese proficiency at HSK Level 5 or above
