- Prepare and issue client invoices in accordance with project contracts, milestones, or agreed billing schedules.
- Verify billing information including project details, service scope, and fee structure before issuing invoices.
- Ensure invoices are accurate, properly documented, and issued in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and internal teams to obtain billing information and supporting documents.
- Track project progress to ensure billing aligns with project milestones or deliverables.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure billing schedules are met.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, billing schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and assist in tracking receivables when required.
- Support finance and accounting teams during monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices, billing details, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies or issues when necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in invoicing, billing, accounting, or finance-related roles.
- Experience in project billing, consulting, engineering, or service-based companies is an advantage.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; experience with QuickBooks system is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and project managers.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Responsible, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to support the finance team.
