Coffee Plantation Manager ผู้จัดการไร่กาแฟ (ประจำที่ปากซอง ประเทศลาว)

• Plan and execute annual crop calendar (pruning, fertilization, shade management, replanting, stumping).
• Implement integrated pest and disease management (IPDM) for coffee leaf rust (CLR), coffee berry borer (CBB), etc.
• Manage soil health, erosion control, and fertilization programs.
• Oversee shade tree management and agroforestry systems.
• Organize and supervise selective hand-picking or mechanical harvesting.
• Manage wet-mill (washing station) or dry-mill operations (fermentation, washing, drying patios or mechanical dryers).
• Ensure strict quality control from cherry to parchment/export green coffee.
• Coordinate drying, hulling, grading, and storage.
• Team Leadership & Labor Management
• Recruit, train, and supervise permanent and seasonal workers (often 50-700+ during peak harvest).
• Ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, housing, and compliance with labor laws.
• Schedule and manage picker payment systems (per kg or daily rate).
• Prepare and manage annual budget and cost-of-production analysis.
• Track expenses (fertilizer, labor, equipment, certifications).
• Negotiate contracts with buyers, exporters, or cooperatives
• Maintain accurate records for traceability and certifications.
• Maintain farm roads, irrigation systems, wet mills, drying facilities, and machinery.
• Manage vehicle fleet and mechanical harvesters (where applicable).

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ปริญญาโท หรือปริญญาเอก ในสาขาพืชไร่ (Agronomy) วิทยาศาสตร์การเกษตร พืชสวน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• อายุ 45 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีความเชี่ยวชาญและความรู้ด้านการทำสวนกาแฟ การเตรียมดิน การปรับค่าความเป็นกรด-ด่างของดิน (pH) การไถพรวน การเตรียมวัสดุปลูก (ต้นกล้า) การปลูก การควบคุมวัชพืช การใส่ปุ๋ย การใช้สารกำจัดศัตรูพืช การให้น้ำ และการเก็บเกี่ยว
