- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Develops and maintains business strategies for local region by achieving sales target and increased market shares.
- Proactively expands product portfolio sales at existing and potential end-user customers.
- Effectively uses company resources, collaborates with marketing, service engineer, factory and others to secure orders, renew orders, cross-sell with other company sales associates or sell warranty or service programs.
- Responsible for achieving sales revenue and profit target
- Aligns and links business strategies set by the company
- Builds strong relationship with existing and new customers
- Provides sales and after-sales support, in coordination with our internal departments and customers
- Prepares costing, project and sales quotations for customers
- Prepares market studies and feedback to sales manager
- Participate in any ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to adapt to multiple cultures and interact with people at all levels
- Familiar with field instruments such as flow, level, pressure and temperature
- Minimum 3 years of industrial sales experience (indoor/outdoor) or similar position and industry
- Professional education in engineering, business or related field, or similar level obtained by experience
- Highly organized, great communicator (in person, phone, and email)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point)
- Multilingual (including English)
