We cultivate an inclusive culture and invite diverse, talented individuals to join us in shaping the future of eye care.POSITION OVERVIEW:Responsible for installing equipment, inspection and maintenance of equipment after the sale.Also provide medical equipment maintenance contract aligning with the sales and marketing in order to meet the goals.Key Responsibilities:Notify the equipment inspection.Process the inspection and provide maintenance service once needed.Coordinate with Sales Representative.Inform service progress to client.Generate the report of inspection and maintenance result.Submit maintenance and inspection report to line manager.Notify the equipment installation both for selling and product demonstration.Perform the installation.Generate the report of installation.Submit installation report to line manage.Prepare client information.Present medical equipment maintenance contract.Meet clients.Report the result to line manager.Notify medical equipment that need to be upgraded.Upgrade the equipment.Generate the report of upgrading.Submit the report to line manager.WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:EDUCATIONPreferred:Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, Medical DeviceEXPERIENCEMinimum:1 year experience in Medical EquipmentPreferred:3 years’ experience in Medical equipment field (Ophthalmology)KNOWLEDGE / SKILLSGood in speaking, listening, and reading EnglishHOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:Opportunity to work with a leading global medical device companyCollaborate with a diverse and talented team in a supportive work environmentCompetitive compensation package and comprehensive benefitsContinuous learning and development opportunitiesAlcon Careers
