Language Requirement: Japanese (Business - Fluent) & EnglishAbout OpportunityOur client is a well-established international consulting firm with a strong presence across Asia-Pacific, supporting multinational and Japanese enterprises with strategic, operational, and transformation projects.Due to continued growth in their Japan-facing portfolio, they are seeking a Japanese-speaking Management Consultant to support high-impact consulting engagements across multiple industries.This role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders, regional projects, and career progression within a global consulting environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end management consulting engagements, from problem definition to implementationWork closely with Japanese-speaking clients, acting as a key liaison between local and regional stakeholdersConduct market research, data analysis, and financial / operational modelingDevelop strategic recommendations, business cases, and executive-level presentationsSupport transformation initiatives such as process improvement, PMO, strategy execution, and change managementCollaborate with cross-border consulting teams across Asia and JapanRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields3-7+ years of experience in management consulting or relevant strategy / advisory rolesFluent Japanese (JLPT N1-N2 or equivalent business-level proficiency)Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)Solid analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilityClient-facing experience with strong stakeholder management skillsWillingness to support projects that may involve regional travelPreferred BackgroundExperience working with Japanese corporations or headquarters-based stakeholdersConsulting experience in strategy, operations, transformation, or PMOExposure to industries such as manufacturing, automotive, financial services, or technologyWhat the Client OffersCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusClear career progression within a global consulting firmExposure to high-profile Japanese and multinational clientsInternational project experience and professional trainingCollaborative, professional, and multicultural work environmentHow to ApplyTo apply or request more information, please submit your CV (English or Japanese) directly to us.
