Develop and execute procurement strategies for fresh fruits.
Identify and onboard new suppliers while maintaining existing relationships.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers.
Monitor market trends and make purchasing decisions accordingly.
Ensure quality and freshness of produce through regular inspections.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the supply chain.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, or related field
Proven experience in fruit procurement and supplier management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with quality control and inspection procedures
Able to work under pressure.
Able to use Microsoft Office and Excel (advanced) programs.
Advanced English communication skills.
