Provides process instruction for manufacturing.
Handles process improvement for ultimate yield and quality, less scrap and cycle time.
Transfers new products, process, tooling, equipment and technology as assigned by supervisor.
Knows your customer's expectations and drive section to meet them.
Performs related work as required
Experience requirements
B.Eng., M.Eng. in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronics or relates Engineering degree.
5 years+ of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in optical or high-precision electronic products.
Experience with Active Alignment and optical assembly processes.
Knowledge in precision mechanics, robotics, vision systems, or laser-based equipment is preferred.
