-Career path planningREQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree or higher, GPA 3.2+
- Intermediate level of English
- Must have 5-10 years of HR experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an HR leader or supervisor
- Knowledge of Thai labor law
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
- Experience in handling labor unions is an advantage
- Must be good at using Microsoft ExcelAdvantages:
-Manufacturing-related knowledge (such as below) is a strong advantage:
-IATF16949 compliance
-ISO14001 compliance
-HR procedures for BOI companies
-Factory audit response (Safety / 5S)
