- Close co-ordination & follow-up with equipment sales team (OFA & IAT) on the development of new prospects. Joint Visits.
- Identify & develop new installers within the region to support project management & installation.
- Identify & co-ordinate with top notch engineering companies & ensure AIRnet is defined in the master specs for compressed air & vacuum installations.
- Initial site surveys, pipe sizing, creating quotations & BOQ maintaining project costing to ensure the project is completed in the allocated budget.
- Builds quotations, follow up until conversion.
- Monthly closure push.
- Interacts with customer, Installer and Planner for invoicing of AIRnet milestones
- Training AIRnet installers.describe main responsibility
- Maintain customer base, sales activities, opportunities, quotations and leads within C4C (pre-sales tool)
- Obtain, develop, prepare, and present digital marketing, using highly professional documentation, tools, etc. & cooperation with the communication team whenever necessary.
- Monthly reporting of Airnet business and activities to Sales Manager/BLM.
- Build, maintain, broaden, and strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors and with the internal team.
- Continuous improvement for job required competence, personality and behavior.
- Cooperate with Credit Department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue.
- Execute other jobs and projects that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
- Degree / Certificate in technical / Marketing discipline
- 3-4 years of techno-commercial experience in industrial environment.
- Min. 2 year of sales experience is must.
- Experience with MEP contractors, piping design/BOM preparation, and project handling will be a plus advantage.
- Ability to understand all the compressed air terminologies and Basic knowledge of piping design. • Customer focus - maintain clear focus on customer satisfaction; take action when needed to meet the expectation of customers.
- Ability to work independently & develop the business from concept to reality.
- Result oriented with a clear focus on the given targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be very willing and ready to travel within Thailand.Native speaker of Thai language and very good verbal and written English
